Dont order from here.. I ordered online, tracker said delivered, but didnt show up for another 20 minutes. Part of my order was missing, cinnamon bites were not cooked fully and still doughy, my pizza was cold and looked like it had been manhandled.. it also sort of just looked like old pizza. When I called the store to complain, the guy who answered the phone told me he’d be right with me in a minute, but left the phone off the hook and never came back to the phone. I could hear the kitchen noises, waited for about 10-15 minutes before just hanging up. Worst dominos experience. Avoid this location!

I would like to share my recent experience at the Domino’s location in Irvine Heritage Plaza, highlighting both a positive and a concerning interaction. First, I want to commend Amir for his professionalism and respectful approach. He treated customers with courtesy, patience, and genuine care, creating a welcoming and positive environment. His demeanor reflects the level of service customers expect and appreciate. Unfortunately, my experience with the store manager, Kevin, was quite the opposite. During our interaction, he raised his voice in front of my children, which was both uncomfortable and inappropriate. Additionally, we were kept on the phone for over seven minutes due to unclear and misleading information. When we arrived at the store, we were presented with a burnt pizza, and Kevin was unwilling to remake it despite the issue being evident. This experience was disappointing, especially in contrast to the professionalism demonstrated by Amir and other staff members. I hope Domino’s takes the time to review this situation and address Kevin’s behavior. With proper guidance and training, there is an opportunity for improvement, and perhaps he can learn from colleagues like A

I swear this store is doing speed-of-service fraud. The food is decent but delivery takes forever, even for a short distance. Just pick it up yourself and save the trouble or order from a different location. When ordering through the app this store almost always marks the order as "out for delivery" but the car never leaves the store. Then the order is marked delivered when the car still hasn't left yet and your pizza is nowhere to be seen. Corporate probably sees mediocre fake delivery times that are good enough to pass, but the real delivery time is 30-60 minutes even later than that. What's going on here? I wouldn't even mind the order being slow if they were honest about their delivery times...

This is the worst service I have ever gotten. My order was over an hour late. I called the store three times and every time they would say that the driver was 4 mins away with the last time saying he was lost but never received a phone call to advise us that he was lost. Finally received my order. It was cold and one of the pizzas looked like it was tossed around because it was all over the place. Never ordering here again.

The location has moved to C suite, tucked way behind the boiling point. Maps and Domino's website isn't updated. Extra cost for everything, cheese, pepper, sauce cups. Ordering was mixed bag, they'll offer upgrades and then remove already added promos once you click the upgrades, forcing you to remove and add everything again.
